ACT Practice Test - Fall 2017
Students, below you will find a link to a modified version of the ACT Practice Test. It is 40 questions long and you have 40 minutes to complete it, so work efficiently. An incorrect answer is the same as a blank answer, so it is always in your best interest to make an educated guess on the ACT.
Because you will submit your answers using a Google Form, it is highly recommended that you number your paper from 1-40 and record your answers on there in case the web page reloads before you submit your answers.
Good luck!

RESULTS
To see your results, download the Excel file (make sure to enable content) and type in your Student ID number in the indicated cell, then hit enter. You will not be able to do this on the Chromebooks as it opens it in Google Sheets and you need Excel. You will need to open the file in Excel in the library or at home.
You should see your total correct out of the 39 questions (question 26 had to be omitted due to an error in the wording for a portion of respondents) and your associated ACT score. Note, this is just an estimate of your ACT score at that point in time. Any score can be improved through review of topics and practice.
You can also see which questions you got correct, how you did on each math category and the average on this test for all of those.

A description of the math subcategories can be found HERE; this is where it describes the topics that make up each subcategory, how many questions are on the ACT for each subcategory, etc. However, be aware, the ACT in 2017 has changed these subcategories slightly. A description of those can be found HERE. The minor change was a few questions on statistics and probability that one sees in our Geometry curriculum.
